As a Host, you are considered an experienced travel experts who create immersive travel for the trip attendees. The Host is the main point of contact on a trip, which would include management of the trip details and experiences while on the trip. Once all services which were added and approved to an itinerary, you will be notified to confirm availability and trip details.

 

As an Experience Provider, you can offer your company’s amenities or specialized services as part of another’s host trip itinerary. Once the service is added to an itinerary, you will be notified to confirm availability and trip details.

 

Each Host and Experience Provider is vetted to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

Yes, Lumora Retreats caters to both solo travelers and large groups. Our Hosts design experiences suitable for different group sizes, so you’ll find options tailored to solo explorers, as well as those traveling with friends, family, or colleagues.

Hosts with an average rating below 3 for six consecutive months will be removed from the platform. We take this seriously to ensure a high-quality experience for all travelers. We encourage hosts to engage actively with feedback and make improvements to maintain their standing.

We have a rigorous vetting process for all hosts and service providers. Ratings and reviews from travelers provide transparency, and we constantly monitor feedback to maintain high standards in quality and safety.

Each Host sets their own cancellation policy. You can find this information on the Itinerary listing before booking. Lumora Retreats also provides support to resolve any issues and encourages travelers to review all terms before confirming a booking.
